The county received a Special Use Authorization request from Matt Faulk (applicant) to allow the retail sales and on-site storage of shipping containers on a 4-acre parcel zoned RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). Shipping containers range from 160 to 320 square feet and business activities occur during daylight hours.
