Approve Amendment 3 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) CTR059344, "Senate Bill 1847 Funding" between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise County Health and Social Services, in the amount of $2686.62, effective July 01, 2025, through June 30, 2027.
Background:
IGA CTR059344 was approved by the BOS on May 10, 2022, and will continue through June 30, 2027. The original contract was a fixed price onetime payment of $91,500.00 to be used to address and reduce overdose deaths in Cochise County. This amendment will allow unused funds from FY25 to be used in FY26.
