Background:

This portion of Conaway Circle within the subdivision of Red Hawk II Units 2 and 3, is currently being developed and, therefore, the infrastructure of roads is necessary to adhere to the Assurance agreement entered into by Title Security Agency of Arizona and Cochise County, recording #2007-26242 and updated #2022-01912. This section of Red Hawk II Units 2 and 3, has been built to a county standard for a paved road, the builder has supplied engineering reports and the “as bulit’s” for the segment, and it has been inspected by the County Engineer. Per A.R.S. § 11-822(C) Streets fully completed in accordance with the approved plat and written specifications made by the County Board, the County shall accept the streets into the county maintenance system. With the information provided, the County Engineer recommends the adoption of these segments of 0.596 miles of road to the County Maintained Road system.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

The new segment of Conaway Circle (0.596 miles) will be added to the County Maintained Road System Atlas.
