Approve the use of $21,350 of General Fund Contingency for Medical Director Oversight and Support Contract with PetraMED, LLC for Cochise County Health & Social Services.
Background:
On November 25th, 2025 the Board of Supervisors approved contract 26-07-HEA-01 with PetraMED, LLC for Cochise County Health & Social Services (CCHSS) in the amount of $240,000, of which $96,000 shall be paid by CCHSS. CCHSS has an existing budgeted amount of $34,650. Additional funding of $21,350 from General Fund Contingency is required to fund this contract during this fiscal year (7 payments).

Department will complete budget amendment and fund the Medical Director contract.
