Approve the use of $69,567 of General Fund Contingency and interfund transfer for Medical Director Oversight and Support Contract with PetraMED, LLC for Jail Medical.
Background:
On November 25th, 2025, the Board of Supervisors approved contract 26-07-HEA-01 with PetraMED, LLC for Jail Medical in the amount of $240,000, of which $144,000 shall be paid by Jail Medical. CCHSS has an existing budgeted amount of $14,433. Additional funding of $69,567 from General Fund Contingency is required to fund this contract during this fiscal year (7 payments). Additionally, an interfund transfer from the General Fund to the Jail District Fund must be made to support this budget amendment.

Department will complete budget amendment, interfund transfer, and fund the Medical Director contract.
