Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Benson and Cochise County Elections to provide for election supplies and services for the May 19, 2026, Election. 

Background:

The scope of this agreement is limited to election services and supplies between the City of Benson and County for the Recall Election held on May 19, 2026.  

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

If approved, the Elections Department will provide election supplies and services for the City of Benson for the recall election in the May 19, 2026, election. 

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

If not approved, the Elections Department will not be able to provide election supplies and services to the City of Benson for the May 19, 2026, Election. 

To BOS Staff: Document Disposition/Follow-Up:

Requesting signature on IGA document to return to the City of Benson.
