Background:
Ms. Nikki Valenzuela, General Manager of the Cochise County Fair Association, will provide a presentation to the Board with an overview of the 2025 Cochise County Fair. The presentation will include highlights, attendance, operations, and overall outcomes of the 2025 fair. Ms. Valenzuela will also discuss preliminary ideas, goals, and anticipated challenges related to planning the 2026 Cochise County Fair.
