Approve CTR063847, Amendment 4 Arizona Prescription Drug Overdose Prevention Program, between the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Cochise County Health & Social Services (CCHSS) amendment changes.
Background:
The Overdose Prevention IGA, CTR063847 A3, was approved on 10/07/2025. Amendment 4 changes include:
•The Price Sheet is revised and replaced to reflect the Indirect Rate and Costs decreasing from ten percent (10%) to five percent (5%).
•Exhibit A is revised and replaced.
This is a grant-funded cost reimbursement IGA through ADHS in the amount of $258,509.55. Funds are a combination of federal and state funding. This IGA currently funds 2.60 FTEs.
Amendment 4 does not change the current award amount.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Your approvals are respectfully requested. Program will continue to conduct Overdose Fatality Review, provide case management, and transportation services to participants leaving the Cochise County jail.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Not approving would revert to the previous Amendment and not allow for revisions.
