Approve Correction to Vision Insurance Rates for Fiscal Year 2026 - 2027.
Background:
On February 24, 2026, the Board approved rates for employee benefits for FY 26/27. Following this action, we identified an error in the presentation of the rates for vision insurance. Approved rates for an Employee and Child of $6.79 per pay period and an Employee and Spouse rate of $7.14 per pay period. Corrected rates are Employee and Child $7.14 per pay period and Employee and Spouse $6.79 per pay period. Approval of this consent agenda item will correct vision rates for FY 26/27.

Prepare open enrollment materials for FY 26/27.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Incorrect rates will be implemented, resulting in issues with billing and a failure to align with rates approved by Cochise Combined Trust.
