Approve Lease Agreement Renewal #10 between Cochise County and Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for the Leased Premises and the Expansion Premises located at 6946 N. Air Terminal Road, Douglas AZ 85604, in the amount of $2,000 a month, effective May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.
Background:
The contractor will supply temporary aircraft shelters, mobile office and work space, FAA approved antennas, and various other operational equipment. All equipment required for this testing has been approved by the FAA.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Provide the signed lease agreement to Northrop Grumman.
