Approve a new liquor license application for a series #13 (domestic winery) liquor license submitted by Mr. Dan C. Pierce for Saeculum Cellars located at 4511 East Robbs Road, Willcox, 85643.
Background:
Mr. Dan C. Pierce has applied for a series #13 (domestic winery) for Saeculum Cellars located at 4511 East Robbs Road, Willcox, 85643. The Sheriff’s Office and the Planning and Zoning Department have recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Environmental Health Division that they have no objections to issuing a liquor license to Mr. Dan C. Pierce. The Treasurer's Office noted that all property taxes for the location are current.
Mr. Dan C. Pierce has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
