Docket SUB-21-03 (River Bend Tentative Plat) Tentative plat review and recommendation regarding a 43-lot phased residential subdivision.
Background:
The Applicant, WLB Group (represented by Linda Thompson), requests a favorable recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to the Board of Supervisors regarding a tentative plat for a proposed subdivision in the St. David area. The proposed phased subdivision consisted of 43-lots on 123.15-acres. The area currently consists of twelve undeveloped parcels, with R-36 zoning. It is generally located between State Route 80 and the San Pedro River and between Campa Lane and McCommas Lane.
During the December 8, 2021 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the applicant and staff requested, and were granted, a continuance until the January 12, 2022 meeting. The Applicant and Staff jointly now request that the item be continued to the March 9, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.
