Background:
The Applicant requests Special Use Authorization for a commercial plant nursery. Additionally, handmade products such as soaps and woodworking decor might be sold.
No new construction is proposed. The plants and handmade goods will be displayed outdoors on the western side of the Applicant's four (4) acre parcel near its frontage on Natoma Trail. Sales will be conducted inside a canopy tent that will also be located on the western side of the parcel.
