Background:
During the first meeting of 2024, staff will provide an overview of the types of cases typically heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Staff will also discuss other administrative functions of the Development Services Department. Finally, staff will provide a breakdown of permit revenue in 2023, followed by a comparison to total expenses versus revenue. There are no proposed changes or requests associated with this item, it is strictly for discussion.
