Background:
The county received concurrent comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning applications from Vici Seaver (applicant) requesting the following changes: land use designation from Neighborhood Conservation (NC) to Rural (R); growth area category from C - Rural Community Areas to D - Rural Areas; and, zoning classification from R-36 (Residential District, one dwelling per 36,000 square feet) and RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per four acres) to RU-18 (Rural District, one dwelling per 18 acres). The properties total about 34 acres and are located at 856 E. Border Road.
