Approve Amendment #1 to the previously approved Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) #KR10-0015 between the Arizona Supreme Court-Administrative Office of the Courts and Cochise County to provide the second-year funding for the two-year agreement in the amount of $98,658.11.
Background:
Original two year IGA between Arizona Supreme Court-Administrative Office of the Courts and the Cochise County Board of Supervisors through the County School Superintendent and Juvenile Court Services. Amendment #1 is for second year of IGA award of $ 98,685.11 to be used in the juvenile detention center's classrooms and transition program. Federal title funds are awarded to the Arizona Supreme Court-Administrative Office of the Courts on behalf of all Arizona counties.

Juvenile Court Services will pick up two of the three signed originals for forwarding onto the Arizona Supreme Court-Administrative Office of the Courts.
