Uphold or amend the Hearing Officer's recommended decision for M120000065, Bill Daniel
Background:
The Appellant appealed the value of his mobile home arguing that it should not be valued at mare than the $15,000 that he paid for it from Hughes Credit Union. The Assessor countered that the sale of the subject was a bank sale which is not considered an arm's length sale. The Hearing Officer's recommended decision advised that the Assessor's values should be approved. Mr. Daniel has appealed the recommended decision to the BOE.
