Uphold the uncontested Hearing Officer's recommended decisions for Petition for Review of Notice of Change hearings held on October 31 and November 7, 2012.
Background:
These petitioners did not contest the HO recommended decisions, many of them settling with the Assessor after their petitions were filed. These are the decisions to be upheld by the Board of Equalization.
