Approve an agreement with Bisbee Vogue Inc. (Formerly Save Our Stairs) for the Bisbee Stair Climb to be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013, in the City of Bisbee.
Background:
This is an annually sponsored event.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If the agreement is approved the Facilties Department will grant Bisbee Vogue Inc. (Formerly Save Our Stairs) authorized use of the County Courthouse steps, plaza and lawn area, and County parking lots surrounding the Courthouse Administration building as a meeting point for commencement of the event.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The event sponsors will not have availablity to an adequate assembly area that will safely accommodate the number of participants that customarily take part in the event.

Please sign and approve the agreement, and return one copy to the Facilities Management Department. One original and a copy of the agreement will be hand delivered to the Clerk of the Board.
