Uphold or amend the Hearing Officer's recommended decision for Notice of Value for parcel 107-16-032 B (Dardanelle Timber Co Inc.)
Background:
At the A level, the Assessor declined to change the values as subject parcel is $59p/sf and the comparable presented by the appellant's agent are valued at $72 and $73 p/sf. The Hearing Officer concurred with the Assessor argument and recommended no change.

notify the appellant' agent of the BOE decision with cc to Assessor and Treasurer.
