Discussion and possible direction regarding the strategic plan for the Judicial Branch and Division V and VI funding.
Background:
The Superior Court has requested a work session to share the court’s first strategic plan and to report on the preliminary results of this initiative. The court will also make a presentation describing the work of Divisions V and VI and how this contributes to the effective and efficient administration of justice in Cochise County. The presentation on Divisions V and VI was requested by the Board during the budget process.
