Approve the lease (15-13-FAC-03) for use of two offices in the health department by Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation for the period of September 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015 with four one-year renewal options.
Background:
Real Property Agreement 15-13-FAC-03 was issued to Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) to establish a county office for their services. No additional quotes were required (ARS 11-256.01 A) as SAAF qualifies to lease without compettive bidding as a nonprofit corporation.

Issue blanket purchase order.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
County will not have a local office for services to be provided. Additionally, County will lose lease income.
