Discussion and possible direction on the proposed update to the Community Development Department - Planning Division's proposed Fee Schedule.
Background:
In April of 2013, Staff was directed by the Board to create a simplified Fee Schedule that included the Zoning, Planning, and Building Code Fees. The currently adopted Fee Schedule does not include the calculations for the Building Safety Code Fees. Staff has prepared this document, and would seek input from the Board on further action.
