Background:
This work session will provide a presentation to the Board regarding the areas of agreement and disagreement among the Board members on recommendations and priorities for the 2040 Long-Range Transportation Plan.

Potential funding sources and strategies to address the implications of the current fiscal constraints will also be discussed.
