Budget update and discussion of the impact from loss of Arizona Long Term Care System Contract (ALTCS); obtain direction from the Board.
Background:
The loss of the ALTCS contract has both personnel and budget impacts. This Work Session is to provide the Board with a general update on the FY 11-12 budget and to have specific discussion about options for managing the budget impact and personnel issues occurring as a result of the loss of the ALTCS contract.
