Discussion and possible direction regarding the Web Mapping project and proposed Open Geospatial Data Policy.
Background:
Discuss: 1). Web mapping and the benefits of providing county business information to the public on an interactive map as an alternative to a list and 2). the goals of an Open Geospatial Data Policy, including improving access to county geospatial data by eliminating forms and fees, advancing open data trends in Government and increasing public awareness and involvement.
