Approve an application for a Permanent Extension of Premises liquor license submitted by Mr. Mitchell Webster for Portal Peak Lodge, Store & Cafe, located at 2358 S Rock House Road, Portal, 85632.
Background:
Mr. Mitchell Webster has applied for a Permanent Extension of Premises/Patio liquor license for for Portal Peak Lodge, Store & Cafe, located at 2358 S Rock House Road, Portal, 85632. The extension of premise is for an outside patio and will be permanent. The Sheriff's Office has no recommendation and Planning and Zoning have recommended approval of the application. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
