Adopt Resolution 16-03 abandoning any interest the County may have in a portion of dedicated public right-of-way, known as Finca Drive adjoining parcels 107-54-001 and 107-54-015 and described in Exhibit One.
Background:
The portion of Finca Drive adjoining parcels 107-54-001 and 107-54-015 was dedicated to the public in Docket 1508 pages 506 and 508. Finca Drive is not a maintained road as it has never been developed. Adjoining parcel owners and utilities have been contacted and have made no objections to the abandonment. The Transportation Planner approves of the abandonment but has requested the county retain the west 50 feet of Finca Drive to be utilized for future right-of-way needs for Moson Road.
Land purchase fee was determined to be $950.00. Applicant has paid all fees associated with this abandonment.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If the abandonment is approved, no further Board action is required. Upon recording of the resolution and quit claim deed, staff will forward copies to the applicant.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The described portion of Finca Drive will remain a dedicated public right-of-way.
