Approve the award of Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 17-25-PUR-02 for Legal Advertising to the San Pedro Valley News-Sun for the period of June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018.
Background:
In accordance with ARS § 11-255 the County shall contract annually for all advertising, publications and printing required to be done or made by all departments of county government. IFB No. 17-25-PUR-02 was released on February 15, 2017, the solicitation was e-mailed to six newspaper publishing firms within Cochise County and advertised in the Arizona Range News on February 22 and March 1, 2017. Two responses were received prior to the solicitation closing date and time of March 15, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.

Execute agreement and monitor contractor performance.

The County will not be in compliance with A.R.S. § 11-255.
