Ratify the adoption of Resolution 17-06 declaring a State of Emergency in Cochise County due to the effects of the Bisbee Fire.
Background:
The Bisbee Fire of May 15, 2017 and the damages resulting, have caused a loss of at least seven homes and the need for assistance from numerous local, state and federal firefighting agencies to extinguish the wildfire and structure fires within the City limits of Bisbee
Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The State will not be able to assist Bisbee with funding for associated costs with the Fire due to lack of County support.
