Discussion and possible direction regarding the proposed changes to property owner notifications for Special Use Permits and Rezoning Requests.

Background:

At the May 8, 2017 budget work session, the Board held a discussion on whether or not Area Plans have value and should continue to be used. On July 25, 2017 the Board held a separate work session to discuss Area Plans.  As a result of that work session Staff began looking at the current notifications required for Special Use and Rezoning Applications. This work session will discuss the recommended changes to the notification of property owners.
