Discussion and possible direction from the Board of Supervisors to staff on proposed changes to the Subdivision Regulations and establishing Minor Land Division Regulations.
Background:
Several improvements and updates to the Subdivision Regulations have been suggested by both the Board and Staff. Staff would like to solicit input and direction on updating the regulations. Additionally, staff would like to solicit input and direction on establishing Minor Land Division Regulations.
