Approve Real Property Lease Agreement transfer from Ames Diversified Services LLC to 4283929 Delaware LLC for operation of animal crematorium at the Bisbee Douglas International (BDI) Airport for a monthly fee of $1,000 effective December 5, 2017 with one year renewal options for 10 years.
Background:
Dr. Ames has sold / tranferred interest in the business operation at BDI and as part of this business transfer must also transfer the lease for operation at it's current location
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Present lease transfer documents to 4289329 Delaware LLC and inform Dr. Ames of approval

If not approved the sale and transfer of this business interest cannot be completed.
