Approve a new liquor license application for a series #10 (Beer & Wine Store) license submitted by Ms. Teresa Linette Trovato for Dollar General Store #18117, located at 1323 E High St, Sunsites, AZ 85625.
Background:
Ms. Teresa Linette Trovato has applied for a series #10 Beer & Wine Store liquor license for Dollar General Store #18117 located at 1323 E High St, Sunsites, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Planning and Zoning Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department is currently working with the property owner on health-related issues with the subject property.
Ms. Trovato has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
