Approve a Pipeline Utility Easement W.R. No. 34063/LRS No. 7009 with Southwest Gas Corporation to abandon and replace sections of Gas Pipeline at the Bisbee Douglas International (BDI) Airport in the amount of $1 in perpetuity for the property described in Exhibit "A".
Background:
Southwest Gas is planning to abandon and replace a portion of its natural gas pipelines that serve the Bisbee Douglas International Airport. During the planning of this project it was found that there were no existing easements where their pipeline was located. In order to legally perform work on the pipeline, and to formalize the de facto arrangement, an easement needs to be established. The easement would cover all of SW Gas existing pipelines on the Airport property.

Southwest Gas would not have a easement to cover the location of existing pipeline to perform necessary scheduled work.
