Discussion and presentation regarding current Human Resource and Payroll System and possible alternatives.
Background:
The Cochise County Administrator has lobbied the assistance of Ms. Lynette Nowlan (Dir. Finance), Ms. Julie Morales(Dir.HR) and Mr. Joe Casey(CIO), (hereafter referred to as "The Business Team"), to investigate opportunities for alternatives regarding the HR and Payroll functionality.
