Discussion and possible direction regarding the County's Recycling Program with updates from the previous work session.
Background:
Discussion points:
- Update the BOS on the current recycling situation.
- Review the BOS recycling discussion from the previous work session.
- Discuss the RRAB’s opinion and their unanimous vote to recommend to the BOS that the recycling stream be changed and customers be charged.
- The PIO will present the educational materials she has prepared.
- Discuss the need for a formal vote of the BOS.
