Follow-up discussion regarding the Madison 1240 Master Development Plan and Rezoning item, originally brought to the Board of Supervisors on August 23, 2011; the Public Hearing item was tabled until the September 27, 2011 Board meeting.
Background:
The master development plan is 1,240 acres and lies west of Willcox adjacent to Airport Road. The proposal includes mixed density and uses under a phased plan.
Approval of this item was on the August 23, 2011 Board Agenda, but was tabled to a date certain of September 27, 2011 to allow time for the Board's questions to be answered.
