Approve the reappointment of Carmen Miller to the Planning & Zoning Commission for a term effective December 31, 2018 through December 31, 2022.

Background:

The Planning & Zoning Commission consists of nine members, three from each District, appointed by the County Supervisor for each District, residing within the District.  Members of the Planning & Zoning Commission serve staggered four-year terms.  One member from District 3 expired December 31, 2018.  Ms. Carmen Miller has agreed to serve a new term ending December 31, 2022.

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

Provide an Appointment letter and administer the oath of office to Ms. Miller.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

There will be a vacancy on the Planning & Zoning Commission from District 3.
