Adopt Resolution 19-01 amending the policy and procedure regarding dropping roads from and adding roads to the County Maintenance System.
Background:
A.R.S.28-6705 was amended, changing that date of the legal qualification for maintenance from June 13, 1975 to June 13th, 1990. To be in compliance with Arizona Revised Statues it is necessary to update the current Drop/Add Policy.
