Approve a Public Hearing for March 26, 2019, to establish a portion of Kings Ranch Road as County Highway in accordance with Resolution 15-25.
Background:
Kings Ranch Road is a public roadway used to access parcels within the Palominas Ranch area. In a prior Board action, it was requested to add this road to County Maintenance System and to participate in the Public/Private Partnership. This action completes the requirements of the Partnership.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Upon acceptance of the recommendation, a public hearing will be scheduled and advertised as required by statute.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Public hearing will not be schedule and improvements will not be made to the road surface.
