Discussion and possible direction from the Board of Supervisors to establish a program to register bank-owned foreclosed properties.
Background:
Foreclosed properties in the County often lead to new violation cases. It is common to find damaged windows and doors and large amounts of trash and debris on the property. Staff would like to solicit input and direction on pursuing a Foreclosure Registry program to assist in keeping vacant properties adequately maintained.

Board direction for staff on moving forward with a Foreclosure Registry amendment to the Zoning Regulations.
