Adopt the Final Budget of the Flood Control District for fiscal year 2019-2020 in the amount of $6,549,965.
Background:
By Statute the adoption of the final County budget must be completed not less than two weeks prior to the fixing of tax rates and levies, which must be accomplished by the third Monday in August.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Following approval of the tentative budget on May 21, 2019 the tentative budget was published as required by law.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Cochise County must adopt a Final Budget no later than the third Monday in August.
