Discussion and possible direction regarding the Highway's Annual Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2019-20.
Background:
This Work Session is designed to provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed Annual Work Plan for FY 19-20 and to solicit Board input and feedback re: planned goals so that staff can map out key objectives for the upcoming year.

Formalize Annual Work Plan and bring to the Board for approval.
