Approve the Arizona Department of Health Services IGA contract # ADHS17-133164 A6 for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Program, between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health & Social Services, in the amount of $237,293, effective July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020. 
 

Background:

This Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Grant is the continuation of the Cooperative Agreement between ADHS and the County for the grant year beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020.  A New Purchase Order will follow shortly.  This is an original contract between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health & Social Services and encompasses Budget Period 1.

Finalize and return IGA.

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

The PHEP program will not be able to complete the associated Public Health Emergency Preparedness Deliverables for Budget Period 1.
