Approve the uncontested Hearing Officer decisions from Notice of Value Hearings held on September 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2011.
Background:
The Board of Supervisors appointed Judge James Riley (Ret) as the Board of Equalization Hearing Officer. Judge Riley's decisions were mailed to appellants after the hearings. The appellants were given until Friday, October 7, 2011 to contest the Hearing Officer's decision. No one contested. Therefore, the BOS, acting as the County Board of Equalization, just needs endorse the Judge Riley's decisions.
