Discussion and possible direction regarding proposed policy revisions to align with the Board's Strategic Plan Priority Four: Workforce Development, which include: Workers Compensation, Election Worker, Emergency Declaration and Resources, Education Reimbursement, Documenting Employee Performance, and Traumatic Event Counseling.
Background:
Revisions to the current policies on Workers Compensation, Election Workers, Emergency Resources, and Tuition Reimbursement. Staff also proposes new policies on Traumatic Event Counseling and Documenting Employee Performance.
To BOS Staff: Document Disposition/Follow-Up:
Based on feedback from the Board, prepare policies for approval at the November 5 BOS Regular meeting.
