Approve a new liquor license for a series #13 Farm Winery submitted by Mr. Robert Lee Dixon II for 1764 Vineyards, located at 357 W. Treasure Road, Pearce, AZ 85625.
Background:
Mr. Robert Lee Dixon II has applied for a series #13 Farm Winery liquor license for 1764 Vineyards located at 357 W. Treasure Road, Pearce, AZ 85625. The Sheriff’s Office has no recommendation and the Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question are current. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
The Health Department will notify the applicant that he/she will be required to obtain the proper permits before operating the business.
Ms. Robert Lee Dixon II has paid the $100.00 processing fee. Supporting documentation regarding this liquor license is attached.
