The applicant is requesting a variance to permit an existing barn and horse corrals to encroach into the minimum property setbacks. The property is zoned RU-4, and Section 1815.03 requires barns and animal corrals setback a minimum of 50 feet from all property lines. The applicant is requesting a setback of 14 feet for the existing barn to the south property line and setback the corral 15 feet from the west property line and 10 feet from the north property.
