On July 28, 2020, Judge Bergin denied the County’s motion to dismiss in the Neff v. On July 30, 2020, attorney Michael Bloom, representing Terri Jo Neff submitted a demand letter to the County. The County Attorney’s Office needs to discuss the demand letter and next steps with the Board.
